About Lesotho

Lesotho is a small, landlocked country in Southern Africa that faces significant challenges, particularly in the fight against HIV/AIDS. With the second-highest HIV prevalence rate in the world, the epidemic has devastated families and communities, leaving over 150,000 children orphaned.

The impact of HIV/AIDS extends beyond health concerns, contributing to poverty, food insecurity, and limited access to education and healthcare. Since 2005, the Bountiful Hope Foundation has transformed the lives of thousands by partnering with local schools, churches, and organizations in Lesotho to provide better education, community outreach programs, vocational training, and more.
